Terms and conditions
- Communications:
Email is our club's primary method of formal communication with members throughout the season in relation to Club and Branch events. Although less formal, Facebook is also extensively used to disseminate information. We therefore ask all players with a Facebook account to "like" the Valley Hockey Club Facebook page. The Club also uses Instagram to share information.
Club Rules:
By registering with Valley Hockey Club Inc you:-
(a) agree to be bound by the Rules of the Club as published on the Club website at www.valleyhockey.com.au, and to abide by Hockey Australia, Hockey Queensland and BWHA/BHA Codes of Conduct and Policies & Procedures;
(b) agree to pay for registration fees utilizing one of the processes set out in the Payment of Fees clause below; and
(c) acknowledge that your registration will not be complete unless and until the Payment of Fees clause is complied with.
Payment of Fees:
At the time of registration Members are required to:-
(a) pay fees in full by credit card; or
(b) pay an upfront amount of 10% of the fees and set up a payment plan for the balance, with the final instalment under the plan to be paid by 30 September 2025.
Club Shop:
All items sold through the Club Shop must be paid for in full at the time of ordering, or prior to collection of the items.
