Field Hire Bookings

We welcome bookings throughout the entire year via our new online booking system hosted by Skedda.

To make a booking users will first need to register in the system with Skedda - please click on the link below to register with Skedda. You can then view availability, and make the appropriate booking on the Skedda Calendar to suit your needs. All field availabilities are current at the time of viewing the live interactive Skedda Calendar.

Once registered, you can use your Log-In and create a booking (or amend an existing booking) at any time.  If the space is available on the Calendar then quite simply, it is available for you to book.  Please be sure to arrow right across the page to see the entire calendar.

Field Hire Charges as of January 1st 2026

Please note - Field Hire charges will be issued by Valley Hockey Club Inc. via a separate Tax Invoice.  A Tax Invoice will be prepared in QuickBooks at months end and will be emailed to you for payment.  We do not use the Skedda website for invoicing.

Single Field 70 meters x 50 mtrs $45  per hour 
Cricket $110  Half Day
Cricket $200 Full Day
Lights per field $30  per hour
Use of Clubhouse Toilet Facilities $130  per booking
Use of all 8 - 70 x 50 mtr fields $320 per hour
Minimum Field Hire one hour



The above prices do not include GST.

Prices for Special Events can be discussed with our President or our Facilities Manager.
