Field Hire Terms & Conditions

Valley Hockey Club Tax Invoices for field hire charges will be issued by email via Quickbooks at the end of each calendar month.

Lights are required from 5:00pm April to October and from 6:00pm November to March.

Fields are subject to closure at any time due to hazardous weather conditions, or lengthy periods of rain. You will be advised by email or phone call if this is necessary.  We will not charge for bookings cancelled by us due to hazardous weather conditions or rain affected fields.

From time to time we may need to close certain fields to carry out general repairs and maintenance. Scheduled field closures will be as shown in the Skedda Calendar.

Damage caused to the fields or facilities (as a result of field hire) will be charged at 100% of the direct cost/s to repair such damages.
